Psychosocial Workplace Hazards

There are two (2) types of psychosocial workplace hazards.  They are:

1.  Stress Factors:

• Conflict with manager and co-workers
• Poor working conditions
• Heavy workloads

2.  Violence:

• Threats
• Harrasment
• Assualt
